Cinemark Century Park Place 20 and XD

I can't believe I never reviewed this location. I have watched several movies here and as usual, those recliners are amazing, especially the XD rooms. Parking will be a challenge as this is within the Park Place mall itself. Large selection of drinks and the typical movie theater snacks. Rest rooms are well maintained (is always a plus). Multiple massive screens and always clean.

My family and I have been going here for years we love the variety of food (pepperoni or cheese Pizza, wings, chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, pretzel bites, and hot dogs) and Munchies (so much candy, chips including nachos and ice cream) along with the wide assortment of of drinks (soda, Icee's, water and tea) but I would say our favorite is the Pizza Hut big cookie.

Went on a Date, Cinemark was clean for the most part Bathrooms clean theater was clean, I turned in an iPhone they were helpful with that. I suggest they give the staircase a sweep every now and then because it's a big part of entering the movie theater and a big part of the movie experience it was all dirty and looked crummy even though we did go watch a 10:30 movie I recommend keeping the staircase swept of popcorn. But I had a great experience the crew was great!

Well after dealing with a rude indiviual, who worked at the ticket desk i was disappointed. Usually I come to this location but the way me and my family where asked to move to the side for another couple who didn't have prepaid tickets was ridiculous, furthermore the gentlemen assumed we wanted a 10:35 pm show without asking. I contacted and spoke to Jerry a manager who reassured me he would resolve the matter only to wait a week, no call back and when I did follow up with Jerry he blew me off without resolve. Do better and be accountable be accountable and treat customers with respect, especially when the customer is respectful.

Update from 3-17-24: Awesome experience for a friend's daughter's first movie theater experience! Also, the floors in front of the icee machine's were no longer sticky! Update from 12-25-2023: Employees were still very friendly and the floor in front of the icee machines was still sticky. Overall, it was a good experience for a Christmas day movie. Original post: The employees were very nice and helpful. The reclining seats were comfortable and relaxing. I won't take a star off for the sticky floor that was in front of the drink stations as the area had been mopped and the sticky didn't seem to be a problem once we stepped on the adjoining carpet. We didn't like the mozzarella sticks since they were really thick and seemed rubbery. However, we had no problem getting a refund on them, which we felt more than neutralized the sticky floor problem. Almost forgot, the snack bar seemed a little confusing to us as far as how to get what we wanted and what direction to go, then where to pay. Maybe some arrows on the floor for directions might help for those first-timers? Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience!
