6 months agoMy nephew had his birthday party here, the kids really enjoyed themselves! They have a party room in the back with access to the fridge, sink, and microwave. We had a catering order set up on two of their large carts and there was decent space for adults and kids to navigate fixing their plates and eating. The two gym assistants also helped the kids by doing plated meals for them, and getting them water or juice if they asked. They were very friendly and engaging the entire two hours, definitely recommended for fun kid parties! Parking is free on Sunday in front of the building but there are also plenty of metered places around the building. The gym is very big and had enough to do that the kids didn’t want to leave when the party was over- everyone had a great time!

3 years agoThe all time best place offering kids and adult evening group classes. Staff is incredibly pleasant, experienced and helpful. Everyone is truly great. Perfect place if you're looking in my case to get back into a hobby/sport when I was younger. Meet wonderful mates there for same reason or a specific reason.

2 years agoThe staff is very accommodating, professional, friendly and provides great structure and instruction. My kids love it, especially parents night out, they call it "pizza slumber party!" This club has various options available for different ages and various camps throughout the year. I highly recommend it for any age and level. They have added another space for 7yr old and older.

3 years agoMy daughter joined the CITY Gymnastics club a couple of years ago shortly after we moved to Chicago. She loved it! Her skills improved a lot and she advanced to the next level quickly. Because my daughter enjoyed it so much, we increased her sessions from once a week to twice a week. The founder Ms Yurchenko is a legend which was one of the reasons we chose this club. The coaches there are great and the front desk officers are friendly. We like the spacious high-ceiling gym and the camera monitor system which allows us to see how kids are doing during the session.

4 years agoWe absolutely love CITY Gymnastics. They're great for all ages, including mommy and me classes. Our daughter was already in gymnastics in Boston, where we would have to drive to get her to practice and when we moved to Chicago, we thought that meant driving to the suburbs, but we found this gym right in the heart of the city! I like to think of the gym as Times Square, it's super busy and buzzing with kids happy to be there, but they all know where they are going and what they are doing. (It can feel overwhelming if you're new, but there's a great energy) The coaches know all their kids by name and are friendly to the parents. My favorite thing is that they want the parents to leave! They want you to trust them with your kids, and honestly, I've seen so much personal growth from our little gymnasts, it has been worth the investment. If you can't sign them up for weekly classes, the Parents Night Out and the Out of School camps are perfect. They get a full day or night of gymnastics activities while hanging out with other kids! We just love CITY!
