Friendly staff and a clean facility. The arcade provides clear drawstring bags to hold your winnings as you play the machines! You can trade up your winnings for different prizes too! I traded mine for a cute "lil monsters" plush keychain!!!

The employees were excellent and provided great customer service. If there was a specific plush toy you wanted in the machine, they would move it around to increase your chances of winning. It takes a little time to get the hang of it, but once you do, you'll have a great time winning prize after prize. I will definitely return again.

We went to claw city for the first time and instantly loved the place. Filled with so many claw stations of various toys it was fantastic. Loved the vibrant ambience n the staff was very welcoming& friendly. From small kids to adults can enjoy this place. We forgot our child’s water bottle and they were prompt to call us on finding it . Worth visiting !

Super cute place when we walked in. One of the young women working there was super friendly and asked if it's our first time. Walked around, very LIVE arcady atmosphere. The machines all looked really clean, and seemed like they had some really good power. We only spent about $20 and the woman let us take home a Blastoise even though we didn't win anything. Customer service was outstanding. Great experience, will come in again. Good job y'all 🙂‍↕️🎊

I decided to pay a visit in the middle of a Friday, and this place is very wholesome. I set a budget of $60 for myself and my fiance, but I take responsibility for blowing through most of it. The prize variety is so cool. I wanted something out of just about every case, and I was so impressed by the selection. The place is clean, too! My eyes immediately scanned the carpet upon entering, and it passed my ocular inspection. What cemented the 5 stars was that I saw a kid really want a specific type of prize that was pretty hard to get to with the claw, so an employee came over, opened the case, and made it more accessible. That type of inclusion right there is why this place has my respect. I very much value organizations that put people over trying to squeeze every drop of money they can from the consumer. Great job!
