"My partner and I have made weekday movie dates at CineBistro Hyde Park a regular tradition, always choosing it over places like AMC WestShore for what we thought would be a premium experience. Unfortunately, our visit on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025, was deeply disappointing. Although our server, Precious, was wonderful and the food and wine recommendation were great (our bill was over $100), the technical issues ruined the experience. "Oh my! The environment, atmosphere, ambience is so beautiful in this place. I’m about to be your #1 customer. I think that was the host in the front of the lobby .. so sweet answered every question thoroughly. The bartenders were smiling from ear to ear and had great customer service. Drinks were amazing , the movie and service inside the theater was amazing ! Servers were great .. this place is amazing and I will be back."
