a year agoChatfield lake was one of my favorite places to paddle board! The option to rent is very reasonable and of course if you have your own there’s a great launch area as well! For days when your feeling adventurous you can paddle all around and days you want to be in the shade there is options for that as well! With all the trees ❤️ - An amazing experience! Also happy they had a seating area if you come early for your reservations!

9 months agoPhenomenal service and such a great experience! I've been multiple summers over the years and am a return customer. It's worth remembering that they are bound to the whims of nature given they operate outdoors. Genuinely positive experience every time. They really care about you having a good time, being safe, and enjoying the lake! Highly recommend over and over again.

9 months agoStaff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our 9 and 11 year olds took their weeklong sailing camp and were able to take us parents out sailing at the end of it. They had fun and actually learned to sail. We rented sailboats from them the weekend following the camp and had a great time. Weather forced us to come in early so they gave us a rain check on the time we couldn't stay on the water. Great company, excellent employees.

9 months agoMy problem was not with the being pulled off the lake, happy the firefighter teams had access to water so close to the fire. My problem is with your absence of proper refund options. I still had a good hour left when the call reached me, but then I was asked to paddle the board back because your employees didn't have access to vehicle or resources to move the board from further corner of the lake. By the time I was back -"there wasn't a full hour left" to give the refund. The only option I was given is a "raincheck" that I can call and get an hour of rental another day. No email confirmation or anything like that. Since I didn't have a good experience with your business I did not want to take this option. That is all. To the Google maps users here- find another one with better business practices.
