Cool Springz

We recently celebrated my 7-year-old nephew's birthday party at Cool Springz. The kids had an amazing time bouncing on the trampolines, playing games, and running around with their friends. The adults had a lot of fun too! The Ninja obstacle course and trampolines were a hit with the grown-ups, and it was great to see everyone letting loose and having a good time. The staff at Cool Springz were on top of things. They set everything up for us, provided excellent service, and took care of the cleanup afterwards. It was nice to not have to worry about a thing! One tip I would give to future party hosts is to make sure your guests arrive on time. The party ends promptly at the agreed-upon time, so you'll want to make the most of your time there. Overall, I highly recommend Cool Springz for birthday parties and other celebrations. It's a great place for all ages and not as crowded as other larger trampoline parks.

If you are looking for a clean and awesome environment in a jump park, Cool Springs is the place to go and have fun and hangout with your family. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve been to the other jump parks and this is the place to go. Enemy the adults have fun too.

We had a birthday party for my 5 year old son at Cool Springz, and it was awesome! The manager, Debbie, was so accommodating and made sure the day was special. She checked in on us multiple times and went out of her way to make sure the party was perfect. Roy also helped us, and he was pleasant and helpful. I’d highly recommend for any party!!

My 6 year old absolutely LOVES this trampoline park! Wide open play area allows adults to sit on the sidelines or be in closer to the action to help little ones if needed. Staff constantly monitors and will immediately stop anything that looks unsafe. Admission includes cute little non-skid socks for jumping, so shoes, jackets, etc are stored in cubbies, which helps keep everything cleaner, too. There is a great concession/snack bar and also vending machines for drinks and water bottles.

Little disappointed that when you ask for a cup of water they don’t give it to you when you order food. Pretty standard at most places. Great place for my kid to jump though. Gladly will update to 5 star review when they fix the water cup issue
