Beautiful spot. Nice trail for biking and walking. Didn't see any signs about 'e' riding, like EUC's... Felt nice walking along the water. People were polite, and there were no dogs off leash, which was great! Worth the drive!

It was a beautiful sunrise just overcast and kind of cloudy but still colorful. They have really done a lot of work to the Courtney Campbell Causeway. Especially on the south side of the causeway. They put up that beautiful walkway that goes from one end of the causeway to another. What's really sad how much trash people have left on the north side of the causeway. It took me a couple of hours to pick up the trash. It's beyond disrespectful. Today was overcast and cloudy but still beautiful. The Pelicans were going crazy. Lots of fish were jumping out of the water. Definitely, one problem is there's no bathroom. unless you walk the whole Causeway to the other side. That's a little ridiculous. If you're going to build a trail, you need to have a porta potty and resting spots along the way. The north side of the causeway is actually more beautiful but very narrow. Always relaxing even during spring break.

My FAVORITE place to walk. Only complaint is the construction is taking FOREVER!! I want to be able to park near the ramp as before the construction started I would put in my steps, then grab my chair out of my car and sit for a while. I Haven't been able to do that for a while bc construction is taking a long time. **sigh**

The Causeway Trail is one of my favorite places to go. It is a great place to walk and ride bikes. It's a nice place to just hang out for the day. Lots of free parking along the trail and there is a paid parking lot that has shelters with grills and picnic tables. It does get busy on the weekends and space can be limited. If you ride bikes be aware that on the weekends people use the trail as a hang-out spot and set up their little family gathering right on the trail, right in the way. So for that reason, I don't like to visit from around 3 pm on.

I love this walkway. Walking near the water is so calming and serene. The water is normally clearer. But after rainy days the water may look a little murky. Anyway it's a great place to bike or walk or run or rollerblade. Nice little pathway very clean. I don't know how many miles but quite a distance. You have a bridge to walk over and it's not as bad as it looks from far away, it's a gradual incline. I recommend this walking trail. Keep in mind there is no shade on the trail. So I recommend wearing a hat and plenty of sunscreen. Make sure to bring plenty of water if you walk in your dog. The pavement is very hot for pets. Update: it's not the park officials or trail. . You can't even have a nice serene walk most of the time. I kind of wish these people who want to barbecue and play very loud music will go to other areas that are designated for picnics and barbecues there are plenty of other parks to do that. Update 2: be careful of very aggressive bike riders. They believe they own the pathway instead of just biking out on the road if they want to go at a fast speed. Watch your children and your pets of bikers. A lot of them do not have any common courtesy. And they will ride very close to you while you're walking or trying to jog. It's very annoying.
