a month agoSince I had a appt nearby, I visited Y as a visiting member and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. They made me feel so welcome and set a positive tone for my visit. The facilities were enjoyable, and every staff member I encountered that day was exceptionally kind and supportive. Thank you, Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody Y, for the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive place to work out. Appreciate you all!!!!

2 months agoThe Cowart Y is a great place to get your workout done. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the equipment is robust and well maintained, and the support facilities (i.e. parking lot, locker room) add to the overall easy of getting your workout done stress free.

2 months agoHealth & Well Being is a pivotal and major reason why I became a member of the YMCA! I recently had a health experience at my home location that was taxing for me. Miss Emani Tomlinson and the lifeguard were right by side to assist me with overcoming my difficulties promptly. I must proclaim that not only is the facility itself sharp, so are its employees. Safety First!

3 months agoHighly recommend this gym, Matt is awesome, do the coach approach with him! Really helps you get into the routine, and it’s free with a membership. Weights always available, and staff is friendly.

6 months agoI like the variety of classes and the instructors are excellent. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Robert always greets me by name. The only suggestion is to ask staff to enforce the rules- no kids on the track, don’t sit on the weight machines and play with your phone or socialize with other members. Members are frustrated when this happens and feel uncomfortable asking members to move on.
