"What started as a class to try out the gym for a potential birthday party, has turned into weekly classes and the only activity I don’t need to drag my daughter to! She has the best time and is learning such great skills to create lifelong habits of keeping her body strong and maintaining a healthy relationship with exercise. Also it’s a family run business and they’re incredible people!"
