"The Dallas Zoo holds a special place in my heart, having visited since childhood. Now, bringing my own kids was a joy! They absolutely loved it, and with so much to explore, a return trip is already in order. A highlight for them was the train ride and the butterfly exhibit. It's exciting to see potential new additions planned for the zoo. Overall, it was a fantastic day of walking, discovery, and learning about animals for my children. A special shout-out to the friendly staff, especially the engaging young woman in the indoor reptile area who truly sparked my son's curiosity! So grab some sn"

"The Dallas Zoo is a fantastic spot for a spring outing! In April, the weather is usually pleasant, making it a great time to explore the exhibits without the summer heat. The zoo is well-maintained, with a variety of animals, including elephants, giraffes, and big cats. The Giants of the Savanna habitat is a standout, allowing visitors to see elephants and giraffes up close. Spring also means more active animals and beautiful blooming gardens throughout the zoo. The staff is friendly, and there are plenty of shaded areas and food options. Weekends can get a bit crowded, so visiting on a week"

"It's definitely not as popular as the Fort Worth zoo. The dinosaur exhibit was great, my 5 year old loved it. They're building some new exhibits there so we will definitely be back to check it out. The new butterfly exhibit was neat. We loved the giraffe feeding and the African animals."
