What parents say
"Previously I wrote a review giving only 2 stars to this establishment. I shared our experience and thoughts about how our experience was handled, I received an email less than a week later from a manager named Chris, we spoke over the phone where he apologized and heard my concerns. Not only did he go above and beyond to right the wrongs, he met with us during a visit and was so understanding. This is how you run a business. We were met with such wonderful staff members during our visit. It shows that the right person in charge can truly make a world of difference. We appreciate you Chris for "

"Hi. This was actually the first time I've ever came to a Dave & Buster's. It was for my birthday which was the 17th & we wanted to have a bit of fun. I did enjoy myself at the establishment. Our server was nice and attentive although she was quite busy with other larger groups she made sure to check in on us. I had a bacon cheeseburger and that's where the problem lies. Although the burger was delicious it wasn't really what I wanted. I want a steak and for some reason or another you didn't have any. This is the reason for the four stars. Not having the food I wanted in stock."

"We came here about a week ago and ordered food for four adults and three children. The food, portions and service were decent. Not great, but decent. We visited again and this time our waiter, Mike, immediately told us we will be paying a 20% service charge due to the number of guests. That’s understandable. However, what he failed to acknowledge was the implication that our service would be garbage due to the automatic tip that would be applied and that our food would arrive cold, late and terrible portions. Even our one (1) fountain drink that was ordered arrived mid meal. Our appetizers "
