Previously I wrote a review giving only 2 stars to this establishment. I shared our experience and thoughts about how our experience was handled, I received an email less than a week later from a manager named Chris, we spoke over the phone where he apologized and heard my concerns. Not only did he go above and beyond to right the wrongs, he met with us during a visit and was so understanding. This is how you run a business. We were met with such wonderful staff members during our visit. It shows that the right person in charge can truly make a world of difference. We appreciate you Chris for being so kind to us and hearing our concerns.

Hi. This was actually the first time I've ever came to a Dave & Buster's. It was for my birthday which was the 17th & we wanted to have a bit of fun. I did enjoy myself at the establishment. Our server was nice and attentive although she was quite busy with other larger groups she made sure to check in on us. I had a bacon cheeseburger and that's where the problem lies. Although the burger was delicious it wasn't really what I wanted. I want a steak and for some reason or another you didn't have any. This is the reason for the four stars. Not having the food I wanted in stock.

We came here about a week ago and ordered food for four adults and three children. The food, portions and service were decent. Not great, but decent. We visited again and this time our waiter, Mike, immediately told us we will be paying a 20% service charge due to the number of guests. That’s understandable. However, what he failed to acknowledge was the implication that our service would be garbage due to the automatic tip that would be applied and that our food would arrive cold, late and terrible portions. Even our one (1) fountain drink that was ordered arrived mid meal. Our appetizers arrived after we had all finished our main meals and arrived cold. We all joked it was “aftertizer” and that it was considered our dessert. Unsure if this was a result of poor communication, lack of care of the expediting team in the kitchen or a combination of both. Likely the latter since the quality of service was so out of sync it had to be a team effort. Not sure what I was expecting. It’s primarily a gaming establishment, not food service. Dave and Buster’s should also acknowledge that the Service / Hospitality / Food service industry is not for just anyone and perhaps be more attentive to their staff if they’re not meeting company standards.. especially with prices rapidly increasing, the expectations of proper service should be the norm.

Haven't been here in a while, was pretty packed for a holiday this evening. Prices aren't bad, claw machine looks rigged or needs fixed.... deff miss the stuffed animals they used to have in it. Think they could use some better prizes or more options.... some of the prizes are slightly overpriced (opinion) but overall game wise, not bad for the kiddos. Money deff goes quick when a game last less than a minute at times 😆 pick your games wisely to obtain most tickets. 😉

Im giving this 1 star review with the hopes that something changes. This location has several broken games that have been broken for months, and I know the techs are aware of it because Ive reported them broken on multiple occasions and they've seen the issues. To their credit they always make it up to me, either refunding credits or giving me swipes on other games or whatever. But they keep the games running knowing they're broken? Seems really disrespectful to the customers to accept their credits on a game they know is faulty. Makes me think they are hoping that most customers wont complain and its just free money for them. With how high prices are now, we should at least have higher standards to compensate. Hopefully a higher up sees this and does something
