Dave & Buster's Houston - Katy Fwy

We took our the kids to Dave & Buster’s, and we had an awesome time! There’s a huge selection of games that kept them entertained for hours. The food was great, and even though the place was packed, the service was amazing. Waitress very friendly. Very family friendly place highly recommend for a fun outing with the family!

I’m not an arcade person at all. I’m not into screaming kids 🤣 But, my son wanted to come so we obliged. He enjoyed himself. As expected, it’s very expensive. The below was $200 worth of “tickets”🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m not in the market for throwing away money so I doubt we will come back. The drinks were good and the Bartender with the locs from Galveston was super nice! I can’t say the same for the other employees as the only one in sight was the person in the entrance. Yall have fun!

No, I didn’t eat off this plate, I just moved the strips off the cold fries. This is what I received as a chicken strip basket. The mangers told me this is the new portion. I didn’t ask for nuggets or a kids meal. I asked for a strip basket D&B should be shut down for this. They should have offered to remake it, but he didn’t. Poor customer service D&B! They should also post on the site that their remodeling and only 1/4 of the games are working……….

Went here for a kids birthday dinner & ended up paying $100, I understand the size of the party was 9-10 people but the service was HORRIBLE!! It took 2 hours to get the bill, the waiter charged me for something I ordered but never received & I told him prior to bringing the bill to remove the item & it took him 1 hour to do that & still charged us $12.95 TIP PER PERSON!!!! He DID NOT DESERVE THAT TIP since we had to wait 2hrs for the bill & 2 people ordered something they never got, he was so worried about the other tables we almost left without paying because we felt ignored, I gave him grace at first & told him he was doing a great job since I saw it was a bit stressful for him but he never wrote anything down when we asked for food/drinks & I think that’s why his service ended up being awful, if they’re going to make us tip over $50 total, the service should be WAYY better especially since he acted like he could make us wait simply because he KNEW he was getting a big tip regardless of the service he provided & we all will not be returning since they’re clearly about the money but the food was great!

My coworkers and I came here for a Team Building Session and I must say, We had a blast! The staff was super friendly and helpful as we embarked upon our scavenger hunt!
