Dave & Buster's San Diego

We ordered a shareable drink. Failed to tell us that they didn’t have anymore of the shareable keg cups they use & just gave us a regular cup & we were so confused. Friend ordered nachos & had a plastic large object in her food. The waiter Arturo took it , then came back & said okay we took the nachos off the check… my friend was still hungry ??!! Didn’t ask if she wanted it replaced or something else just nothing. She just agreed not to get anything so I shared my plate with her. This service was WILD! Games were fun so that’s about it. The hostess look like they had it handled! Props to them.

After 5 years, I’m finally back in San Diego! 5 starts to 3 now. I’m so happy my girlfriends invited me out, it’s their first time here, so I was really excited to join them and spend a fun Wednesday at Dave & Buster’s, even if I arrived a bit late after work. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing. My friends waited almost an hour before someone even checked in on them or their food. Thankfully, I got my order faster, probably because I went straight to the bar and asked, since I was really hungry. But even the payment process took a long time for them. It’s frustrating, especially because it wasn’t even that busy. They arrived around 4 PM, and I got there at 5:30 PM. The arcade part, though? Super fun! I loved it, especially after missing out on this kind of experience for a while. That part definitely made the night better. Still, I hope they improve their service, especially with food. I felt bad for my friends, but I was okay since I got mine quickly. Also someone parked so badly next to me, it was hard to get out! Luckily, my friend helped guide me because the parking area is huge but still annoying when people don’t park properly. Overall, the bathroom and games were nice. Just hoping for a better experience next time.

Entertainment for adults and kids. Nice to hang out, good beer, sincerely not the best burger I’ve had, GPT fries are bomb though

This Dave and Busters rocks! The food is great, the sports bar is always poppin and of course the best part is the games and arcade. It is very easy to lose track of time in here because there’s lots of games to play and it’s very fun. The prizes are pretty cool too. It’s awesome for adults and kids alike! I hit the jackpot on one of the games and it was CRUNK!

The food was very good, our server brought it to us hot and delicious. Our server was very attentive, she checked on us often and was very nice to my daughter. The place was nice and clean like always. The games were working properly and there were so many options for prizes for my son to choose from, after he collected his points.
