I had such an amazing time! The manager, Chris, even came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asked if he could get us anything else. I was super impressed especially since they were busy. I also played the games and found the children and young adults very polite and respectful. Everyone seemed to be having a blast! Will for sure go back, oh and get the ribeye!!

Service - what's the point in making reservations if I still have to wait for 45min for a table. Every other table that someone wasn't sitting at was filthy dirty and had been for a while. Once I saw a couple leaving where I wanted to sit my boyfriend asked one of the servers to clean it so we sat ourselves. The two hostesses black girl with braids and white round girl...I wanted to get their names but clearly did not know what they were doing and was very very rude....the braid girl was at the host table and eating chicken wings the entire time...go take a break if you're hungry...you can't host and eat at the same time. Anyway we got the table cleared and sat ourselves they weren't necessary. Food - I wanted the ribeye dinner but couldn't get it because the sides were out of stock so I got the steak power bowl that was missing some ingredients as well and the rice was undercooked crunchy. I ordered a DBL Jameson and ginger ale in tall glass (they ran out of tall glasses)that took 20min to get came out looking like piss water flat watered down ginger ale and I ordered a DBL I should at least be able to taste my liquor and see some discolouration (just make it a beer bar)....I sent it back and just got a sweet tea. My boyfriend ordered a smash burger that came out dry and crumbled as he picked it up....sonic smash burgers are way better 🤔 .... Atmosphere - wasn't going to let this place ruin my Valentine's Day vibe I chose this place to eat some good food ( definitely not) from what I remember and have fun playing some games. I remember this place being bigger than what it was but there weren't too many games of interest we did skee ball and played some retro games....that was it for D&B don't have to worry about me returning. ✌🏾

'The Arcade' as my daughter calls it. We come about once a month to come blow off some steam and play some games. The games work consistently, the crowds aren't bad before 9 and the food isn't half bad! Service always takes longer than you think, but they are quite polite!

This place is usually great, but yesterday was a completely different experience. I went with my family for a quick lunch and some games since I had a $100 gift card. When I asked for a table, we were directed to the bar area instead—no big deal, right? Once seated, we told our server we wanted the Eat & Play combo and ordered drinks. The drinks came quickly, and we were ready to order. The best deal for our limited time was the $19.99 Eat & Play combo, but I was told it could only be purchased at the kiosk—even though I’d ordered the same combo at the table just last month. Apparently, only the $40+ combos could be ordered through the server. I went to the kiosk and tried to pay with the gift card, but it was declined. We went to the front desk for help and were told, "Talk to your server." When we went back to the server, they said, *"I can’t help with the kiosk, and from the tablet, I can only sell you the $40+ combos. The $10 Power Card won’t get you much playtime anyway." At that point, I was completely done. I asked the server to just bill me for the drinks (which I felt obligated to buy), paid with the same gift card that had just been declined—and of course, it worked fine. TLDR: Frustrating experience with inconsistent rules, a declined gift card (that later worked), and no resolution—ended up just paying for drinks and leaving.

We arranged to bring a group of 60 students and everyone had a fabulous time! The service from our hosts Cooper and Tasia was absolutely fantastic. They accommodated every request and helped to navigate food allergies and gluten-free needs. Our students had plenty of play time at the arcade and had a ton of fun. We stayed a total of 3 hrs, which was just the right amount of time. I hope to come back some day in the future!
