"Parking was hard to find around 11am Saturday. The hike was easy and lots of families with strollers on this trail. This leads to the animal farm which was a great place to visit if you have kids. We’ll be back to try the other trails"

The trail was wide enough, though, that it never seemed crowded so the walk was very pleasurable. The historic farm, with some structures dating back to the 1850s, is pretty cool -- and a nice learning tool. Definitely a good place to take a break and check out before heading back. Just be aware that parking can be"

"1 mile from the parking lot to the farm. You will definitely encounter turkeys and deer on the trail before getting to the farm"
