2 months agoThe “crew” did absolutely nothing the entire time we were here. They were on their phones and not paying any attention to the kids. Kids were pushing each other off the swing platform, running, the workers did not assist on TWO attractions labeled “ park staff required”!! Kids were jumping in foam pit that is used for swing landings. What a joke the staff is. I realize it’s a Saturday and it’s busy but they should still do their jobs and at least attempt to enforce rules.

a month agoGreat place to spend time, have fun and burn calories :)))) jumping is good for overall health: metabolism, joints, limphs, balance and coordination. Space was clean. Safe with crew members around. I was invited as a guest and had a great time with family.

a month agoI needed a place to meet up with friends out of town and Defy Raleigh was one of the few kid places open during the day. The kids had such a great time!

3 months agoThe truth is, it’s a little dirty haha but what kids place isn’t. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the brown haired girl at the entrance.

a week agoMy kids had fun, the employees were very kind and helpful. But of course the day we went not only was one part closed off, but they had people fixing the equipment. Which would be fine after hours but the hammering and banging on the metal was brain rattling loud. We all left with a headache. I’m sure this isn’t how it is all the time but this was our first time and it left us not wanting to go back.
