💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Absolutely bring your own cooler and snacks to maximize savings on food and drinks.
- →If slides are a priority, call ahead to confirm they are open, especially during colder weather.
- →For concerns regarding swim classes or staff interactions, directly speak with management (like 'Katie' mentioned) as they appear responsive to feedback.
- →Be prepared for potential communication challenges with some younger staff and approach any issues calmly.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Some younger staff members may lack adequate customer service training, leading to potential misunderstandings or less-than-ideal interactions (e.g., reported incident with a family of children on the spectrum).
- ⚠Water pools and slides are subject to closure during freezing outdoor temperatures, which can disappoint visitors expecting these features.

9 months agoFinding this place was gold, glad today the slides are open again. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Seating is plentiful. You may bring your own cooler, and food inside, which is such a plus. Staff is normally very helpful and delightful, especially the office manager, except today's incident. I had gotten our bracelets and walked away, my son came crying and here I am oblivious to what was going on. I walked back in and explained to staff that my son had walked away without getting his bracelet (my kids are all on the spectrum, so im sure he misunderstood something). Young lady behind the glass stated I had yelled at her. Ma'am I wasn't even inside when you stated this happened 😅. Fictional Customer Service. I understand the staff is young, however they need to be trained a smidge better on customer relations. This is not how I wished to start my day with my 4 boys. The show will go on. All else is amazing here and we plan to enjoy this day. I shall follow up with an update later. Thanks #Google

a year agoThe best! Kid friendly, clean, attentive lifeguards, wonderful water experiences. Great for families or singles. Price is ridiculously inexpensive. 2.00 per child, 1.00 for seniors. There is room in the pool for everyone!

6 years agoThis is our first time here and just the lap pool area is HUGE! Very clean and nice... so many lanes and it is open early and there is so many class that they offer... the girl that checks you was so nice and sp helpful... and it is so nice to see so many life guards on duty... it is only $3 bucks for adults and $2 bucks for kids and $1 for senior citizens... since it is freezing outside the water pools and slides are closed but they look nice and fun... we will be back to hang out to try those other things out... there is other facilities on the other side but i think that is a different fee... we still have to check what that side offers...

a year agoAfter having some concerns about how the class is going , I spoke with Katie, and I explained her why I wasn't satisfied with my experience earlier. She was so nice and assured me that she would talk to their staff and give them some advice and will encourage them to try their best and help our kids to learn how to swim. In our next class, it seems that Katie did a great job talking with her team, and I could see how awesome the class was. Kids got more practice, and the teachers were next to them, helping to correct their movements if its needed. I hope that this care will last long and can't wait to see my child going to the next level and getting the skills needed to be part of their swim team.

10 months agoAwesome place! A mix of kiddie toys, deeper water and water slides. They have a good amount of life games for the size of pool. Life guards are VERY attentive to what's happening. During their pool check, half way through the day, they went around and talked to people and reminded them of pool rules, etc. At one point a garbage can (that they empty regularly) blew over in the wind. I went to pick it up and a life gained told me not to worry about it and he called out another life gained to pick it up. Also very budget friendly. We are from Idaho. Our local watering hole costs us $8/person to get in plus $5 more a person for a water slide pass. It would cost me $39 for the same amenities. Here it cost us $7 for all 3 of us. 100% recommend this place. We will return again for sure.
