Dezerland Action Park Miami

We were a big group, we got our tickets ahead of time, we still waited a little for them to process the tickets but the guys was super nice. Customer service was amazing and they were polite and respectful all the time. Place is great, we had enjoyed the trampoline, skates and race cars. We use a discount ticket app to save 40 and 30 percent. Everything was great and clean.

After reading reviews on the way to the park I was expecting bad..... totally different once at the park. I purchased tickets in advance and was quickly put through and given cards. We did have an issue with one of the arcade games not working, but the attendant resolved it quickly. I didn't understand the bar connection with the children side access window. Otherwise, it was great.

Celebrated a birthday at Dezerland and it was great! Thank you Antony, Jeranne, Snowbird, Rendo and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience!

Something for everyone in your family! GoKarts, games, basketball, trampoline park and mini bowling! We had an amazing time! Highly recommend checking them out!

Thanks so much for the staff Feb 1, Saturday evening. Despite the party event planner cancelling my baby party reservation after informing them that the website wouldn’t allow me to use the emailed link they provided me to pay for the party. You guys went above and beyond & made his birthday awesome and worthwhile. I really appreciate you guys so much for all that you did and also the extra accommodations from all the staff. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
