"Dick's has incompetent employees. The cashier didn't want to take our return. After talking with the manager, she decided to take the return. The cashier was upset that he had to do his job. He was very rude & very unpleasant. I would never go back to Dick's. I'd rather pay double anywhere else. I would never recommend Dick's."

"We received a text stating our mobile order had been picked up (bike we ordered for our daughter for Christmas). We called the store concerned as we had not picked it up. The assistant manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband asked her for her name and she refused to give him her name. This manager needs to receive Manager training to deal with these types of situations."

"The store is clean and well maintained but could not find yoga clothing for men at a reasonable price. I was looking doe thin, this is arizona, loose pants with tapered leg and I found two options 75 and 80 respectively."
