DISCOVERY ZONE

1.) If your kids are in pull ups/potty training, don’t waste your money. They will not let you enjoy the structure. 2.) my daughter cut her hand, I asked for a band aid, they didn’t care that there was blood or cut. 3.) they don’t secure this place at all. my 4 year old literally walked out and they didn’t even try to stop them. 4.) the staff is NOT friendly or understanding. 5.) pretty sure they are both glued to their phones. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a child focused place.

Great time for kids to play and parents to relax, I seen some people playing cards while there kids were playing

Sunday Nov 6; Today was best experience here, gentleman running the counter makes sure rules are followed by putting wristbands on children and parents, and he pays attention to what is going on in the play zone. This Discovery Zone, though all are relatively clean, this one is now exceptionally well maintained (at least today) always cleaning tables with disinfectant as soon as someone leaves. $12 per child and $2 per adult, $5 for toddler zone

rude staff! Very stupid, you have to pay to sit while your toddler plays! Hope this place is shut down soon. Thanks for my refund. we went somewhere else much better than this junk place

Drew was so amazing, courteous, respectful, and very professional she made our experience very memorable!!! We will be back we are from Cincinnati Ohio.
