Downey Recreation Center

A really nice park for soccer. They also had a basketball court, and a playground. Plenty of benches to sit on throughout the park. Best of all is the view of downtown at night.

Great place to bring the family to enjoy a day or night at the park. Gym is very clean, restrooms have been newly redone, courts are in excellent shape, kid play ground is state of the art, soccer fields are great and baseball field is also impressive, come and have a family fun day!

I didn’t know that there is a nice little park at that corner… 2 mini soccer ground, mini baseball and football ground, kids park, basketball court and even a tiny little gym… loved it…

Downey Recreation Center is an excellent spot to get your family bonding underway. The gym was clean, the restrooms were newly renovated, and the sports courts and fields were in top shape. There is a state of the art playground for kids and plenty of benches surrounded by beautiful landscaping to not only play around in but also hang loose. Get a quality day out with your family at the Downey Recreation Center!

Far from where we live but worth the drive wish we had a park closer thar is as beautiful and offer the activities this place do including piano
