"I love what they have done with the all new downtown and Fulton street. And on sundays they cruise the street for a good few hours with really no hassle from the cops until its time to shut it down around 10 o clock but over it's a good look!"

"This is a dump near empty shops and vacated street traffic for homeless bums, the streets smell of urine and garbage. Throwing good money after bad like $5 million for sculpture renovation was idiotic. That money could be used in Fresno for the homeless. Downtown has nothing to offer anyone looking for a nice dinner and family environment."
