"This is a very nice indoor rock climbing center. Peak period can be quite crowded, but everyone has been very accommodating and friendly in taking turns and giving way to others. Staffs are friendly and helpful."

"I really enjoy the setting here, it's my favorite out of all the gyms in the greater Seattle area. I especially like the setting by Kyle, Joel, and James to name a few, though the whole team does a great job. My interactions with the staff have always been positive, and they are very receptive to feedback. I personally feel that the gym has a great community and have found the climbers here to be quite supportive and welcoming. The facility itself has everything that I could ask for to accommodate my climbing/training needs."

"I've been coming here for a couple of years now. This gym started out great. Setting was awesome, in a more outdoor style, which I appreciated. Routes were also updated pretty regularly. Front desk staff were also nice. Since the bel-red opening, it's gone downhill. Staff aren't trained, some are actually rude. My friend wanted to grab me for a guest pass but was told they HAD to buy a day pass in order to go get me. When I came down and complained they said that wasn't even a policy. Speaking of guest passes, the new guest pass system is super greedy and pushes away groups climbing with frie"
