5 months agoWe had our son's birthday party at Electric Playhouse. We booked a private party room and the "Megawatt" party package. My child is autistic so we reached out to the event planner and asked for an accommodation to play first when they are a little less busy. We were not sure if they would be able to do this for us but they were more than happy to set up the party to make sure my child had the best day ever. On the day of, my child ended up a little overstimulated and was ready to move to the party room a little earlier than expected. We had so much fun playing but just arrived a little too early and over did it. Brittany, our party host, was amazing right from the start. She got the room ready, helped us order safe foods for our kid, while getting the pizzas, salads, and fruits ready for the rest of the party, as well as getting the room set up in a way my kid could enjoy. She even let him help set the lights and music where he needed so he could fully enjoy the experience. She checked on us the right amount of time to make sure we had everything we needed and our kid was having the best time. I can't give enough stars to Electric Playhouse and Brittany specifically. I highly recommend them for all party needs. We all had a great time and left in a fantastic mood which does not always happen in our crew. I am so very thankful!!!

2 months agoGood place for kids or teens. $20 a person and you all share the games so you may or may not have to wait to play what you want to play. You also might be joined by other people. Decent amount of games.

3 months agoDo not book a kids party here!!!! When I booked the party I was under the impression that it was for 12 kids. Once I got there and people started to arrive, I was told that all parents had to have a wristband as well if they wanted to be able to watch their children (these kids were 6&7 and required parent supervision). I did not feel comfortable asking parents to pay for themselves to be able to supervise and ended up having to pay for an additional 10 individuals causing a huge cost burden I was not prepared for. After the party was over we had moved items out of the room so we could turn it over and were waiting for people to wrap up and leave. I was approached by an employee who rudely told me I couldn’t be anywhere in the space because they needed it for other people (note I was in the open sofa area and not in the room). Upon getting everything into my car I walked into the main area holding a box of leftover pizza we had from the party. I was approached by a separate employee who rudely told me I couldn’t have outside food or drink. I informed her that it was food from them and her response was I had to stay in the cafe area with the closed box of pizza. I was only in the main area to get my family so we could leave. This same employee has yelled at multiple children on numerous occasions that I’ve been to electric playhouse for changing games when the place is supposed to be kid friendly. The only bright spot about the experience was our hostess who was amazingly gracious, kind and helpful. I would not recommend having a party here if you don’t want to be treated to a terrible experience and end up paying double than what you expected.

2 weeks agoWhat a blast! Our group of two adults and one 6-year-old spent almost two hours playing as many games as we could. Every game requires physical participation and most of them needed mental processing, too. The price can't be beat for the entertainment factor. Another visit is already being planned.

8 months agoThe price to entry is not bad. I wish they had Cheaper non chemical drinks...But its Fun for the whole family... They have a few games that were really fun...ware comfortable shoes!! And get ready to burn some calories without even trying... The kids loved it and 2 hours may not seem like a lot, but It is a good number...
