"I love this place, but I was really disappointed during my last visit. We showed up on a Saturday expecting it to be open until 12, as listed online. However, we were told they were closing at 11 due to “not a lot of traffic”—even though there were quite a few people still there. I mentioned that this change wasn’t advertised online, and they told me it was up to the manager’s discretion. It was frustrating and felt unfair, especially when we made plans based on the posted hours."
