Visited the park off San Jose Road with my little one, and while it has its perks, there were a few drawbacks. 🌳 First off, getting to the park was a bit of a hassle since you have to pass through a neighborhood with limited parking – not the easiest spot to access, especially on a busy day. 🚗 And heads up, there are no restrooms, so plan accordingly! That said, the park itself is a nice little retreat. There’s a 0.25-mile track with plenty of park benches along the way, which is great for taking a break while the kids run around. 🏃‍♂️ The track even has workout stations with equipment, so you can sneak in a quick workout while keeping an eye on the kiddos. 💪 The park also features two large gazebos and grilling stations, making it a good spot for a family cookout. 🍔🔥 The kids had a blast climbing the three large boulders – they’re at least 6 feet tall and perfect for adventurous little climbers! 🧗‍♂️ There are also two playsets, one for toddlers and another for older kids. While the play equipment is a bit outdated, my little one still had a great time playing. Overall, [Park Name] is a decent spot for a family outing, especially if you don’t mind the limited parking and lack of restrooms. 🌟🌟🌟1/2

Limited parking, shady playground with benches throughout for seating. Play equipment for older and younger (toddler/preK) children. High slides for the older, smaller slides for the younger, swings, two springy, ride on play equipment (dolphin and frog), fenced in play area that is mulch and grass-based. A small paved trail and butterfly garden are behind the park.

Beautiful park, smaller slide needing repair but other than that great picnic area as well as running area/outdoor workout area with tons of spiderwebs so watch out! Restroom would be nice.

Very clean and nice park. Great for picnics with covered cabana, grills and trash cans. Pets are welcome with a water station for them as well. Walking trails with self exercises. Outdoor play for both older and younger kids. I come here often and never seen it too busy..

Wow. I forgot about a park back here. We used to live in the Pickwick apts over 30 years ago. The park has obviously changed over the years but it's nice! They have a small playground for the little ones and a bigger one for older kids. Swings are super long, and there's different levels of rock climbing. The rock area was missing several grip areas or they were loose. Other than that and the humidity at 1130am it was a great stop and also a blast from the past for me. The go round thing looks like it doesn't work but is super smooth and goes super fast! There is even a field for the kids to play and run in that is just behind the playground area.
