Empire has created such a fun and welcoming environment! The staff is impressively knowledgeable about the huge selection of games, which makes the experience even better. The drinks were playful—like the hot cocoa, which brought back childhood memories. And the dessert? Absolutely delicious! I had the brownie a la mode, which was warm, gooey, and perfectly refreshing. Our group had a blast playing games, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time!

Their board game selection is wild — everything from classics to deep cuts — and they’ll actually help explain things if you’re not sure how to play. The staff is super helpful without hovering, and you can tell they love what they do. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out, eat well, and maybe learn a new game or two, this place is 100% worth checking out. Highly recommend.

When I tell you this place has the best coffee in the entire world, I'm not even exaggerating a little bit. I've been here twice now, when I come and visit my sister who lives here, and I've gotten the S'mores Latte each time because LOOK HOW GORGEOUS IT IS! I've also played so many fun games here. Every game I've played, I've wanted to bring home immediately, which they do sell a bunch that you can play. If you want good recommendations, Tiny Towns, Stamp Swap, and Coffee Rush are GREAT games.

What a cool place! They offer various sized tables and lots of fantastic and beautiful board games to play at a very decent price! They have delicious food and drink and sell games, as well!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind! They helped to teach the games when people didn't know. What a wonderful day playing games with friends! Would highly recommend! We will most definitely be back!
