"Empire is such a fun and welcoming spot. The food’s solid, the drinks (especially the teas) are really good, and the environment is laid-back but full of life. Their board game selection is wild — everything from classics to deep cuts — and they’ll actually help explain things if you’re not sure how to play. The staff is super helpful without hovering, and you can tell they love what they do. If you’re looking for a great place to hang out, eat well, and maybe learn a new game or two, this place is 100% worth checking out. Highly recommend."

"When I tell you this place has the best coffee in the entire world, I'm not even exaggerating a little bit. I've been here twice now, when I come and visit my sister who lives here, and I've gotten the S'mores Latte each time because LOOK HOW GORGEOUS IT IS! I've also played so many fun games here. Every game I've played, I've wanted to bring home immediately, which they do sell a bunch that you can play. If you want good recommendations, Tiny Towns, Stamp Swap, and Coffee Rush are GREAT games."
