Insider tips

  • **Strongly consider for birthday parties:** Especially for younger children (e.g., 3+) where staff attentiveness and flexibility are a priority, as parents are able to relax.
  • **Thoroughly inquire about makeup class and cancellation policies:** Before committing to regular classes, clarify how missed classes are handled to avoid unexpected costs (e.g., paying for an entire additional month just for makeup sessions).
  • **Be aware of cleanliness reports for regular classes:** One review noted the facility was dirty and smelly, which contrasts with reports for parties; consider visiting during regular class hours if cleanliness is a top concern for recurring enrollment.
  • **Ideal for children needing extra support or a confidence boost:** If your child is recovering, has anxiety, or needs a particularly nurturing environment, this gym's supportive atmosphere (led by Tom) is a significant advantage.

Good to know before you go

  • Regular classes for 'little ones' if customer service at the front desk, facility cleanliness, and makeup class policies are high priorities.
  • Committing to regular classes without a clear understanding of the makeup class policy, as it can lead to significant unexpected costs (e.g., paying for an entire additional month for makeup classes).
  • Poor customer service reported at the front desk for regular classes.
  • Difficulty in scheduling makeup sessions after a class cancellation for regular participants, requiring arguments with staff.
  • The facility was described as 'dirty and smelly' upon entry for regular classes.
Crowds
Birthday parties for 10 kids were handled 'an absolute breeze' by staff, suggesting good management of groups during events.
Value
For **birthday parties**, the value is implied as excellent due to highly positive experiences, attentive staff, and the ability for parents to relax. However, for **regular classes**, value is questionable for some; one reviewer called it a 'complete waste of money' for little ones, and a significant hidden cost exists with the makeup class policy, which reportedly requires parents to 'pay for another entire MONTH' to complete previously paid-for makeup sessions.
Food
No specific details regarding outside food or drink policies were mentioned in the reviews.
Accessibility
Offers a highly supportive and accepting environment for children with specific needs or returning from medical issues (e.g., brain surgery), highlighting emotional and social accommodation as a key accessibility feature.
Safety
Staff is 'attentive to the kids at all times' during birthday parties, ensuring supervision.

"Not a good experience. Customer service in the front is poor; on top of that there was an instance I had to argue with them to send allow me to sign up for a makeup session after they cancelled the class my little one was assigned to. Place is also dirty and smelly when you walk in. Complete waste of money if you have little ones… maybe it’s different for older children. They Only lasted 2 months… and that was only because we had already paid the enrollment fee."

"We celebrated our little girl turning 3 today and had the best experience! The staff was INCREDIBLE. They made a party with 10 kids an absolute breeze. Parents were actually able to sit and relax because the young ladies were attentive to the kids at all times. This was such a go with the flow party, so much flexibility, care, and overall just an amazing experience. I would hands down recommend a birthday party here! Thank you all for everything you did today!"

"Paid in full for October. My son missed some parkour days in October, so the "makeup" classes were scheduled for November. My son said he did not want to do parkour anymore, but would finish out the remainder of the "makeup" classes in November. The fact that you have to pay for another entire MONTH (November) just to complete the makeup classes is ridiculous. I already paid for the classes, but yet, am not allowed to finish them out unless I pay for another ENTIRE month?? Absolutely not. This is stealing and not a way to run a business. Son is Alex Tarquinio."
