"I stopped in to see if Flying High would be willing to help support a cause and Monica came through with flying colors! The compassion and empathy she had was very touching! While waiting to speak with her, I noticed the staff were very friendly and trying to get everyone taken care of quickly. I was impressed by the place and the cleanliness! "I just showed up at a busy time. My kids like it busy but it can be sort of a pain to check in. Today the three people at the desk were knocking out the line so fast I hardly believed it. Cam helped us reinstate our membership (we get memberships every winter) and I can absolutely say it has never been so fast and easy. He was so fast, knew exactly what he was doing and got the billing, socks and membership done in about a minute and a half. I’ve been a member for years with two kids and I usually make my wife come and redo the membership because it can take a long time occasionally. Tod"
