I’ve been using Freedom Fun for both my company and personal events for the past couple of years, and they never disappoint! Zack and Danielle are fantastic, their customer service is top-notch, and they always go above and beyond to make every event special. I highly recommend Freedom Fun for your next party!

Freedom Fun came through for us with a week’s notice. We needed to do get some party rentals and thank goodness we called these guys. We knew we wanted to rent the foam machine but ended up renting the squirt guns with vests also. Tyler showed up early and went right to work. I had zero time to help him other than painting to an area. He is a super hero. Not only did he take care of the two different areas but also was willing to help us with other stuff that had nothing to do with the party rentals. The kids had a blast!!! The owner called my wife the day before and went over everything via phone and pics. 45 minutes after Tyler left there wasn’t a trace of foam or residue anywhere. HUGE HIT WITH THE KIDS!!!! …and my wife. Ha Customer service is top notch here!!! Thanks Freedom and Tyler

We recently rented a variety of items from Freedom Fun for a school carnival and I can honestly say they blew us away! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Booking was easy, the team was super friendly and responsive, and they showed up right on time for setup. The equipment was spotless, colorful, and in perfect condition — you could tell they take pride in what they do. The kids (and let's be honest, the adults too!) had the BEST time during our carnival. Everything was safe, secure, and so much fun. The staff stayed and helped with some of the more complicated rental items and then packed everything up at the end of the event in a timely manner. I use rental companies often for my line of work, and I will never use anyone else besides Freedom Fun again!

Absolutely the best customer service! From the moment of requesting a quote all the way up to the event they delivered excellent customer service and quick response time. I hosted a movie night for an apartment community as a resident event with about 50 guests and the screen and sound quality were really high quality. I would highly recommend Freedom Fun USA and will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

What an incredible addition to our event this was! We got the silent night Snow-machine to make a grand entrance for our Christmas party of 800+ people. It was very well received and their staff is one of a kind! Their booking process was very easy, and Danielle accommodated all of our details so nicely! We got the pleasure of working with Randy as well who showed up early, well prepared, and cheerful. He listened to my vision for this event and adjusted as needed- which can get a little tricky sometimes. Randy was even kind enough to climb the tree to make sure we had the perfect snowfall created - without being asked! He truly made our event stand out. Thank you Freedom Fun USA!
