I had a wonderful experience with the fun factory. I've rented from them on 2 occasions so far and plan on renting again soon. They were prompt and professional and very respectful. When they delivered they set up and asked if everything was good. The communication was great with this company I didn't have to talk to a answering machine or keep calling the communication was on point.

Great family business! Love the different options they offer and great with communication. The two gentlemen that dropped off and set up were very nice and made the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to renting again!

The Fun Factory did a phenomenal job. I texted them the day before to confirm drop off time and realized I had given them the wrong date and they were super accommodating even though it was my mistake. They were right on time and the drop off/pick up was smooth. I would absolutely use them again!

We’ve used The Fun Factory for my kiddo’s birthday party two years in a row. Both times have been a resounding success! The kids always have a blast in the moon bounce. The delivery crew is always pleasant and communicative. The price can’t be beat. We love supporting local business! THANK YOU FUN FACTORY!

AMAZING. BLACK. OWNED. BUSINESS. From the first call to them picking up the beautiful pink moon bounce, everything was amazing. My daughter’s sweet 16 was amazing. The booking and payment process was super easy and the delivery and pickup was flawless. I will definitely be using Fun Factory for ALL of my family’s functions! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
