"I recently visited Fun Dimension with my family, looking forward to what I hoped would be a fun and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, I left deeply disappointed and frustrated. Given the cost of admission and the prime location of your establishment, I expected a higher standard of service and functionality. During our visit, half of the arcade machines were out of order, and one of the bowling lanes was also not operational. This significantly limited the number of activities available, especially for families who are paying a premium to be there. Additionally, most of the hand sanitizing"
