Funtania Orlando - Family Entertainment Center

We love this place! Kids had an amazing time celebrating—this place is the best kept secret in Orlando. The prices, food, activities, and service are AMAZING! There is a Virtual Reality game area, ice skating (fake ice but FUN), video games, bounce house, rides and more. I highly recommend FUNTANIA!

Best of the best!!!!! We celebrated my son’s 9th birthday here… his friends and him had the best time, the place is big and very clean with things to do for kids of all ages. We purchased the package for bigger kids but we have some little kids In the family and the little siblings were able to play in other things appropriate for their age. The staff is amazing and very patient, they treat my kids with love and were always in charge of all the kids having fun. We will come back and definitely recommend this amazing birthday venue to all our friends and family.

😡 Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER!! I can not express the disgust I had walking into this place. It looks like it would be so much fun with all the things they have to offer. BUT that customer service ??? OMGOODNESS was horrible. Walking in looking forward to having some fun and spending my dollars here was the excitement we were looking for. We were treated poorly as they were not kind at all . The girls that worked here looked miserable and they're energy was so sad I wanted to run out. We sat down and waited to be greeted serviced or approached and nothing and no one came. The girl that was standing in front of us did not even look at us. We had ask her a few questions and she literally gave us her back and rolled her eyes. Are you serious? The older lady at the counter also ignored us completely. The vibe was not good at all as we were the only ones in this whole place. And I now know why. This place needs new management new employees and maybe it would be a decent place. But for now... Stay away ! You have been warned. Not recommended for people that actually care. Needs improvement on that customer service for sure. Get yourself a new crew please.

We had a blast!! It's a great spot to have a kids party, they spoil the kiddos big time!! Play area, arcade, ice skating, bounce house and food!!! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Where can I start… Yesterday, July 16, 2023, my familia and I had our daughter 2nd Birthday Fiesta celebration at Funtania Orlando, what a great place for my guests to have a great time by celebrating my daughter Encato theme fiesta. The service offered to my guest, friends and family was excellent. The staff made us feel like family, they took care of all details of the party to make sure everything was going smoothly. The communication within the staff and us was constantly. One of the best part was the announcements in the speakers with my daughters name. Overall I am beyond please with the service. I do not give them a 5 start I give them a 10 start. Thank you, gracias Funtania Orlando.
