2 years agoDaniel set us up with a last-minute pinball machine rental for a family event, even tho they typically only schedule things out months in advance. Not only was it last minute, but it was last minute over a holiday weekend. He was extremely helpful, punctual and accommodating. The Mandalorian pinball machine he brought was in pristine condition and they set it up in minutes. Well worth the price. If you are looking for a rental for any event, these are the people you need to go with. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

7 years agoMy experience is that I called once and talked with a representative. Thought I was on the right track. However, I had to track down part numbers. Then I called back leaving my name and phone number. Did not receive a call back. Waited about a week and called back again leaving my name and phone number. Again, I was never called back. Finally gave up. After waiting about 1 month I tried to use their on line portal to enter my information for repair request. The portal appeared to accept my information. However, once again, I have received no response. Zero. Calling a prospective client back to say that you are too busy would have been helpful. Ignoring prospective clients does not seem to be a very good business model. It's been a couple of weeks since entering information in their website service request.
