Get Air Trampoline Park

Matt “El Mago” was very kind and helpful. The kids had a great time. $21 for an hour of “Big Air” jumping around all the obstacles and stuff. Bathrooms were fairly clean and the tables were clean. No trash on the floor or anything. Our first time here and we will be returning in the near future.

Review update: unfortunately the cleanliness of the facility is in major need of attention!!! The bathrooms are in a bit better shape (I think depending on who’s working) but it still looks like nothing is ever cleaned UNDER like benches and inside the under 46” climbing tower… full of thick dust. Wouldn’t hurt to vacuum along the netting and in the pits occasionally too!

I took my daughters today for our usual Sunday trampoline fun, and I immediately noticed a positive change. The staff felt more attentive, and one gentleman in particular—who I believe is the new manager—stood out. He was actively walking around for at least the entire hour we were there, making sure everything was running smoothly. He was constantly checking that everyone was where they were supposed to be, and even moving objects out of the way to prevent any potential injuries. It’s clear he genuinely cares about safety and the overall experience. This kind of leadership is a fantastic addition to our community trampoline park!

We just had our 3rd birthday party at Get Air Trampoline Park in 5 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The new GM Matt is helpful, kind, friendly and keeps it clean and safe. The cleanliness has improved significantly since he took over and it’s great having someone professional, reliable and present. They are so understanding and flexible with our specific needs and requests. Thank you for another successful party.

I really am grateful I can bring my daughter here on cold rainy days! It was at 230 today (Monday) it wasn’t crowded and everything was clean. I know on the weekends it gets packed and it’s hard to keep up with the upkeep. So I appreciate what the staff can do. I’ve read some negative reviews and none of those have been my experience.
