Giggles and fun staff were very professional and kind , they truly went above and beyond for my sons birthday and helped with any needs and wants. "We hosted my son‘s birthday party there this past weekend and we had an amazing experience in the suite party room. Our hostess was amazing and helped in every way and even went an extra mile and gave us some decor for the theme that we had for our table. The place is a great play place for kids . it does need a little update with new flooring and other items around the venue. But overall great experience!"

"5/5!!! I was hesitant to come here because of some reviews saying it wasnt clean. But it was!!! It has normal wear and tear, but you can’t be perfectionistic! This place is a gemstone! I LOVE how they have a pretend play, my 3 yo loved it!!! My 6yo loved it too! This place is unique, and affordable!! They don’t charge for adults, only $14.99 per kid for the whole day. I took my son for his third birthday, and he had a blast!! They are not on top of you where you feel watched all the time, it feels great! Usually i feel awkward as an adult in kids places, but not here! I didn’t feel that there"
