a month agoOur daughter attended this gym for a while. The instructors were great and kind, the place is also very nice, but the front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. They had no understanding of proper customer service. We ultimately had to stop going due to their unexpected unprofessionalism.

6 months agoYour kid can go for a couple years enjoying the teachers and learning, keep moving forward in levels, looking forward to the next level, and all of a sudden after all that commitment and time, no space is made available which is a big disappointment to the kid, and they just don't seem to care. It seems the owner has no loyalty or commitment to the kids.

7 months agoThe front desk staff is quite impolite. When you ask them a question, they attempt to shoo you away without even a hint of a smile. Their attitude clearly conveys, “Don’t bother us with your questions.” While the kids enjoy this place, there are many other options available where you’ll be treated with much more respect. The lady that I spoke to is Crystal.
