a week agoWe've vacationed at GWL six or so times. Every time, we had a great time. This time was no different. This trip, my aunt and one of my cousins came along. They are older, 60 & 70. They are just big ol kids at heart. They had a blast! Sliding down all those slides & running around doing the magic quests. It was great! I have a child with severe seizures & the employees are always so amazing when they've had to deal with us having an episode while there. (Only once has he had one out of the room) The employees are always so nice, but this last trip we just took, Mr Fee who worked from 4pm to midnight, he was absolutely amazing!! During check-in, I asked if we could possibly get a room that wasn't so far away & maybe on the ground level (it's easier if my son has a seizure) & Mr Fee did absolutely everything he could to help accommodate us. He was so sweet, kind, & understanding. It was Easter weekend, so it was very busy, but he still did all he could to help us out. There was another employee that had to come to our room to change our sheets & she was beyond awesome. She took time to talk with my son & talk with him on how he shouldn't be embarrassed of his seizures. she even shared her own personal issues she has with him, letting him know he's not alone with his situation. Listening to her speak with my son, her showing him respect, treating him as an individual instead of some wild kid, that melted my heart. That meant a lot to me & my son. Every employee I encountered on this trip was awesome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had the suite where there were bunk beds off in their own little cubby hole, a queen size bed,& pull out sofa. This trip, i ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa, & i must say, that was the most comfortable pull out sleeper I have ever slept on! I was expecting to be very uncomfortable, but I slept like a champ. The entire lodge, from the rooms to the swimming area, the hallways to the food areas were all very clean. Again, it was a super busy time & the staff was on top of everything. Like I said, this wasn't our first visit, and I'm pretty sure that it will not be our last.

a week agoThis is my first time and I love this place! I don't even know where to start. Family friendly to the max! From the moment you walk in to the hotel they have kid activities. Dance parties, story time, etc. Lost my kids in the pool area and the staff was on it and helped me find them in seconds. The food is so good. Food and fun pass so worth it. The dinning staff are beyond kind and service is great. All in all an amazing place to take your family.

3 weeks agoMy experience was fabulous! Great prices, service, they are very clean, also got sanitizer all around the place! Water park is amazing, also if you get bored the mall is right up the road and about 20 min away is outlet malls! So don’t worry! Plenty of stuff to do inside and outside! We had unlimited golf, bowling, and laser tag! The customer service representatives who help us was amazing 10/10 recommend! They also have great prices, when we booked it was 50% off… can’t beat that! My first time to ever go and I will be back!

a week agoGreat Wolf Lodge was absolute paradise for the kids—nonstop fun with the water park, activities, and themed rooms. They had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! The only downside was that it was pretty crowded and loud, especially in the common areas and dining spots, which made it a little overwhelming at times. Still, the staff was friendly and everything was well run. Overall, a great family getaway and totally worth it for the memories. Just be prepared for lots of noise and excitement!

2 weeks agoYears ago, I took my son, nieces, and nephews here for fun. Now I'm joining the pack again with the next generation...my "greats" as I call them. Being able to go swimming and enjoy water slides and pads indoors even when it's winter outside is what makes this a hot spot. All the extra indoor activities like bowling, arcade, restaurants, etc. make it a one-stop vacation. With its cabin like rooms and exterior, this family resort will never be boring. Worth every cent to us!
