"We had a great time despite the crowds and the cost. Avoid the weekends if possible. It was way too busy. Kids were running amuck without supervision and, at night, they ran up the halls well past quiet hours. The water was cold and never quite seemed to warm up. The property had a friendly atmosphere and plenty of attractions to keep everyone entertained. We stayed in a standard room, which was clean and met basic expectations. The water park was a total hit with the kids—nonstop fun and adventure! There were so many great activities for the little ones to enjoy, and the wait times for the slides were impressively short, even during peak hours.
