Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Southwest Florida

Our family's stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Naples was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the high standards of cleanliness and the overall quality of the hotel. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming. One of the standout features was the staff—every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. It made a huge difference in making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the modern and efficient system in place for shopping, checking in, and checking out. It saved us so much time and allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation instead of dealing with long lines or paperwork. The water park was a big hit with the kids (and adults!), and there were plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained all day. The attention to detail in safety and cleanliness throughout the resort was also very reassuring. If there’s one area that could use a bit of improvement, it would be the dinner options. While the food we had was good, the selection was somewhat limited. Expanding the menu or offering more diverse dining experiences would take the experience from great to perfect. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge in Naples exceeded our expectations. We made lasting memories and are already looking forward to our next visit!

This is my family‘s fifth Great Wolf location we’ve visited and one of our favorites. The location is great, just off of I 75 with lots of things to do and restaurants in the immediate area. Every staff member my family and I came into contact with was friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The room was clean with lots of space. The only downside was the walls are paper thin, and we heard our neighbors constantly. The waterpark was a lot of fun and we never had to stand in line more than a few minutes. Just be careful when checking out towels because my wife didn’t return our last towels to the booth. She left them in our room and we still got charged for towels like we stole them. Our room was also very far from any entertainment most other great wolf locations it’s not such a hike.

Best kid friendly Hotel even better then Disney to our opinion, cater to kids surpassing expectations, making them feel special definitely worth your wild. Best money ever spent for my son's birthday. Ultimate food & fun pass is definitely worth the price..! Amber & Jesus was extremely attentive, assertive, easy to speak too, easy to chat with. They gave me so much great information. My family and I were completely ready for the experience because of all the questions she was able to answer for us. With us coming to the lodge for the first time and so much to do. They helped me organize my schedule to get things done. We were able to partake at all types of activities and were able to maximize our time. They were a great resource to have. My son had one of the best birthdays ever. Having found Amber & Jesus to answer all of my questions she was patient and detailed with answering every single thing.

First time at a GWL. Facility was beautiful and plenty of entertainment. We found all of fhe park staff to be incredible. Every member was engaging with the children and helped to make it a special experience. We were really impressed at how dedicated they were to safety and enforcing the rules. One day it was completely packed and they enforced the rules firmly and appropriately. The entertainment staff were awesome with the lobby parties, build a bear activities and candy shop. The wait staff on the other hand were less impressive. We had a dinner reservation for the sit down restaurant at 5:15. We sat for 15 minutes with nothing, not a greeting from our serving. We didn’t get our drinks until 5:45. We sat for 30 minutes with just water and the entire restaurant was empty. As other families were filing in they were getting their food faster than us, they were bigger parties, and sat down after us. The food was okay and the drinks sucked. The next day the staff at the cabana bar was less friendly, they were out of a lot of products and could not make several of the drinks on the menu. Every time I tried to order something they didn’t have it.

After reading the reviews I was very reluctant and concerned with my reservation but booked regardless because it was my sons birthday wish. I’m so glad we gave GWL a shot. My family had the best time and my son had the most magical birthday. Contrary to reviews the rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and with the Ultimate Food and Fun package we definitely got everything we needed. The only reviews I agree with is the food, there are better and cheaper options elsewhere.
