"4-stars to reflect my 5-star rating for kids’ activities and 3-star rating for the hotel rooms. We went during the week, so it was not super crowded which made it more enjoyable. My daughter had a blast at the water park, bowling, arcade, and ropes course. Water park isn’t huge and we were done in about 3 hours, but still fun and water was plenty warm for us. Hotel room (wolf den suite) was cute, but could hear everyone walking in the hallway as well as noises from rooms above and next to us so not very soundproof. Dining options were pretty good, but if you stay more than one night I’d recomm"

"We went for the day(2/3/2025), IMO not enough went into accessibility. The 2 “water” wheelchair had NO lap belt or harness, the seat when wet was too slippery for us to use safely. Also on the doors entering the water park and bathrooms where are the push buttons so the door can open automatically? Staff was super nice, restroom was kept clean and floors kept dry."

"I'm shocked by the reviews on this great wolf lodge. All of the staff was friendly. Facility was very clean. Loved all of the shows, dance party, and story time in lobby. We did the pup pass which was perfect. Food was expensive but that's too be expected at a resort like this. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good and I do not normally like buffets. Water park was very nice and warm. Keep up the good work!"
