a week ago4-stars to reflect my 5-star rating for kids’ activities and 3-star rating for the hotel rooms. We went during the week, so it was not super crowded which made it more enjoyable. My daughter had a blast at the water park, bowling, arcade, and ropes course. Water park isn’t huge and we were done in about 3 hours, but still fun and water was plenty warm for us. Hotel room (wolf den suite) was cute, but could hear everyone walking in the hallway as well as noises from rooms above and next to us so not very soundproof. Dining options were pretty good, but if you stay more than one night I’d recommend going off property for dinner.

a week agoWe went for the day(2/3/2025), IMO not enough went into accessibility. The 2 “water” wheelchair had NO lap belt or harness, the seat when wet was too slippery for us to use safely. Also on the doors entering the water park and bathrooms where are the push buttons so the door can open automatically? Staff was super nice, restroom was kept clean and floors kept dry.

a month agoI'm shocked by the reviews on this great wolf lodge. All of the staff was friendly. Facility was very clean. Loved all of the shows, dance party, and story time in lobby. We did the pup pass which was perfect. Food was expensive but that's too be expected at a resort like this. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good and I do not normally like buffets. Water park was very nice and warm. Keep up the good work!

in the last weekVery nice hotel. So you get in n out of parking lot using your bracelet. It’s $15 a day for parking. Facility is clean and room is very nice. But food is quite expensive inside but we expected that. One young guy with red nails in the gift store giving out wolf ears is very very friendly and helpful. He needs a raise. Although front desk who checked us in didn’t tell us we can get those ears. We will come back.

a week agoI’m giving all 5 stars specifically for Michelle and Nadia (in house keeping?). My kids watched videos on great wolf lodge and chose this for their birthday trip this year. They were dead set on getting towel animals and were very excited about it and looking for them. Come to find out, this isn’t standard BUT I ran into Michelle and Nadia in the hall and I explained the story and they said “we’ve never made towel animals before but what’s your room number we will YouTube how to make towel animals for your kids”. I am so grateful for this small act that made my kids so happy!!! And they did an amazing job I must add.
