💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Be prepared for potential congestion during class transitions, particularly around 7 PM.
- →If considering competitive teams, it is crucial to thoroughly investigate the team culture, speak with other parents, and specifically inquire about the management's policies and track record for addressing bullying and conflict resolution, given past serious allegations.
- →Visit the facility to observe classes and gauge the atmosphere firsthand, as recommended by a reviewer.
Things to Consider
- ⚠Transition times around 7 PM can be quite congested.
- ⚠Serious, persistent bullying issues have been reported within competitive teams, including a 'known bully' who 'constantly belittles, makes fun of, criticizes and is just flat out cruel and mean' to teammates.
- ⚠The owner reportedly ignored multiple complaints about bullying and chose to 'cover up' the problem, leading a family to withdraw mid-season.
- ⚠Instances of 'absolutely horrific' poor sportsmanship by competitive team athletes ('Cobras') were witnessed, including mocking crying opponents, scratching foreheads with middle fingers, and taking videos of their distress.
- ⚠Concerns about management's lack of responsibility in fostering a positive environment and effectively resolving severe interpersonal conflicts and bullying.
Price & Value
Perceived good value for professional training and facility quality is mentioned, with satisfaction expressed regarding the 'level of tallent' and the 'Gym facility'. However, this value proposition is severely undermined by documented failures in addressing bullying and poor sportsmanship within competitive teams, making it a potentially poor value for families prioritizing a safe, respectful, and emotionally secure environment.

- •No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in the reviews.
🍎Food & Drink Policy

👥Crowd Levels
- •Can be pretty congested during transition times, specifically around the 7 PM hour.
🛡️Safety Features
- •Staff presence and a dedicated parent viewing area suggest general supervision during classes. However, significant social and emotional safety concerns exist due to reported unaddressed bullying and severe poor sportsmanship incidents within competitive teams, indicating a potential failure in ensuring a holistically safe environment.
⏰When to Avoid
- • Families for whom a strictly bully-free and sportsmanlike environment is paramount, especially when considering competitive team programs, due to significant reported issues and management's alleged inaction.
- • Anyone seeking a program where bullying complaints are transparently and effectively resolved by management.

5 years agoThis place has a great energy. All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The transition times from people coming and going at the 7pm hour can be pretty congested so prepair for that. I see all the kids having fun so that is a excellent sign. My Daughter loves it so that is another great sign. If you are interestead go down and check it out. You will be satisfied with the level of tallent, and the Gym facility. The group's are categorized by skill level, also the type skill that you want to learn. Just go check it out. Bring the family.

2 years agoWe have been part of Pyramid Athletics for the last 1 1/2 years. We were happy with the program itself. There is a known bully on the team who constantly belittles, makes fun of, criticizes and is just flat out cruel and mean to most of the teammates. After multiple complaints and attempts to resolve this issue, the owner has chosen to ignore my concerns and instead cover up the known bullying problem. I was left with the decision to either stay and tolerate bullying or leave. We made the difficult choice to leave the team mid season. I would NOT recommend Pyramid Athletics due to the negative environment and lack of responsibility of the owner. Although the program is great, no amount of positive and good could ever outweigh the negative or justify bullying.

a year agoWhat I witnessed from this gym's team the "Cobras" at the Summit Championship in Florida last weekend was absolutely horrific. In 5 years of my daughter cheering I've never seen anything like it. When the Cobras found out a team (they apparently didn't like) didn't make it to Day 2 to compete several of their athletes turned to this team and scratched their foreheads with their middle fingers. The girls were crying and the Cobras were laughing, taking videos of them crying. Cheerleading should be about good sportsmanship and apparently these girls are taught otherwise. I would never associate with this gym if this is how they are raising the next generation of cheer athletes.
