"Our son is in 6th grade, and not athletic at all. His favorite activities are all sedentary - video games, trains, reading, You Tube videos. So a chance to get some physical activity in a non-judgemental setting was absolutely worth a shot. Chris' classes are really small (6 kids max). And with a background as an educational aide, Chris offers meaningful empathy and encouragement to each student. Our kid LOVES it! He has done both Chrisfit and Gymnastics, and loves them both (!).
