2 weeks agoSuch a fun place! Josh was so awesome and attentive to the children. The young lady in the front ..I can't remember her name, but when I do I will edit this. She was multitasking with a great big smile. Makes Ridgehill worth visiting.

a week agoExtremely Neglectful and Overcrowded – A Stressful and Exhausting Experience I booked my daughter’s birthday party at Hapik Yonkers expecting an easy, well-organized event, but it turned into a highly stressful ordeal. The venue was overcrowded, compromising both safety and comfort, especially for smaller children. Upon arrival, no staff attended to us; the front desk instructed me to wait for table setup, but they never followed up, being too overwhelmed with the long line. Despite arriving 40 minutes early, we received no assistance and had to set up the table ourselves. There was no instruction for the climbing activities—no announcements were made, leaving parents to assist their own kids. When it was time for food, no staff alerted the children or helped organize anything. Throughout the event, we had NO party host, forcing me to manage the entire party on my own. To make matters worse, individuals not in our group occupied our table and left a huge spill of ice cream underneath it. After requesting assistance multiple times, it took 30 minutes before anyone addressed the mess. At the end, after I had managed everything myself, a staff member finally apologized for lack of a party host, citing that they were just “too backed up.” I was unaware that a gift card was supposed to be provided at the end of the party; another parent informed me that this was customary, there were no exit instructions given. I had to call several times afterward before anyone answered, and when I expressed our dissatisfaction, the worker was completely dismissive and uncaring, merely saying, “sorry about that.” The whole experience was so exhausting. I was considering hosting my son’s birthday here, but after this, never again. This was absolutely not what I paid for, and Hapik should be ashamed of charging families for such a neglectful, poorly managed experience. I can’t imagine how I would have managed if we had a larger party.

4 months agoMy son has a tough time adjusting to new things. Andrew stepped in and helped him get to the top! He went out of his way to encourage him and tell him a job well done. All the staff were supportive of helping accomplish climbing!!
