a week agoIt's honestly a good gym with new, clean equipment and for the most part friendly staff. My only complaint is their showers don't have consistent hot water. I gave up trying to shower there because only 2 times out of 5 the water got hot. A good place to work out, but not if you need to clean up right after.

5 months agoI went here with the John the myth the legend, and we had a marvelous leg day. We saw a flag with 48 stars, some kid trip outside, and the professional E-sports team in the basement. If I could describe it in one word it would be paradise. I love this place!!! Just wish it was a little closer to where I live instead of 10 hour drive.

5 months agoThe facility is older, but the equipment is new, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The best part is the distinct lack of crowds and hardbody gym culture, there is no need for any shame or embarrassing if you are just getting started. The price is fair and there are trainers and classes available if needed.

3 months agoI enrolled my son in the 5yr old youth basketball program. It was an extreme disappointment. 3 weeks in, the coach quit and we were moved to another location. There was no communication. By the fourth week, most of the kids stopped showing up. I called the director multiple times, but couldn't get a response. I'm still waiting for either a refund or reassignment to a new team.
