11 months agoA great place to take kids. They can be loud, pet animals, and learn fun facts. We even got to scratch a pig with a back scratcher. That was a big hit. Most of the volunteer staff were friendly and accommodating. If you go, make sure you check yourself and whoever you're with for ticks. We found different several kinds and different sizes.

a week agodon't spend any money here. the leadership mistreats staff and volunteers - hence the huge turnover! if they treat people so badly, the poor animals must suffer. they also mislead donors about their donations. ☹️

a year agoAwesome sanctuary that truly takes care of their animals. I did a tour for an hour at 1pm on Saturday and it was $15. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very kind! They are expanding too.

2 years agoAbsolutely wonderful organization and staff! It is great to see the animals and hear their stories and the work the sanctuary does. Highly recommend coming for a Saturday afternoon public tour or one of their educational camps!
