Homestead Metro Park

"I love this park! It's always clean and makes for a great place to take pictures before any dance. They have great areas for kids to play all scattered around. The pond is nice and relaxing."

"Came here for the Winter Hikes Twinkling lights. They had a table out with crafts and games for the kids (like find all the penguins during the hike) and hot cocoa. The walk was very lovely with a light path to follow, and scenes to enjoy. There was good xmas music broadcast over the pond; not annoying xmas music, but good ones! Families strolled by with kiddos enchanted with the scenes and lights and running around. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere. Excellent alternative, too, to traffic nightmares and expense of something like the zoo lights. Thank you, Metro Park! Love the winter hike pro"

"This place is magical! Three different playgrounds, all so fun for kids of various ages. We were there nearly 3 hours and my kids said they'd like to go back soon. Nice indoor restrooms as well"
