a month agoThis was my first visit to this establishment. My uncle wanted to try this out for his birthday, so him and my son decided to go ahead and try this adventure so my uncle went ahead he looked it up online and was able to take and get the appointment set up to go in and also download the waiver form and watch the video & the waiver form their to make the steps easier you could also pay for the services by going into the place and setting up an appointment and doing the waiver forms there either way seems to be a real smooth way of doing things when we arrived there there was not a very long waiting line at all and got things squared away and were able to go upstairs and look around and wait for their time to try their venture. During our time of waiting we had the opportunity to sit and watch as instructors trained new people become an instructors how to help people learn to do this amazing Adventure after talking to one of the guys that was instructor for a brief moment towards the end he went through the training process that they go through it is a very lengthy one they go through with the people they train to become instructors while I was watching the training procedures that go through the instructor that was going to be working with my uncle and my son had coming over and took both of them over to the area to get him jumpsuits and safety gear and go through some of the things with them before starting their Adventure of indoor skydiving so shortly before they went ahead and had their turn of trying to the skydiving out indoors I watched one the instructors inside the area where they do the indoor skydiving doing tricks and playing around inside the wind tunnel it was amazing to watch what they could do inside the tunnel and how fun it looked so finally it became time for my uncle and my son to go ahead and go out one at a time with the instructor to start trying this adventure out the instructor went through a few more instructions with each of them before going into the tunnel he helped them enter the tunnel and kind of balance them and tried to show them how to keep their arms and hands to get the procedure started my uncle did very good at getting things going and seemed happy about how the procedure was going on the instructor was very patient and very good add explaining what they needed to do and how next up was my son my son is special needs he has some learning disabilities he has a touch of autism and also ADHD along with a few other things I was very impressed with the patience the instructor had and the politeness I'm working with my son to making an experience a very enjoyable one my son however did not do very well because his medication for finally coming off of him when we started to do the procedure so is pretension spam was a little bit not there I'd recommend if you have a special need kids that takes medications for being able to pay attention easier to make sure you go within the time period their medications are fully activated I am not saying by any means that this is not a good thing for any special needs kid to go do I'm just saying for my son the medications would have helped them to focus to be able to pay closer attention to the instructor why I became really challenging for the instructor the instructor was polite he was very outgoing with my son and my son had a very amazing time there still at the end of the adventure my son had received a certificate showing he went skydiving there and also they gave him a ticket so he can come back some other time since his first visit did not go well not because of them because of just my son's medication wearing off so let's talk about packages they have several different packages for groups and individuals they have also taken out things up that they take pictures and videos of the experience to you can pay for and will download them to your email I would like to type more but I ran out of room for typing their customer service is beyond excellent I would recommend this to anyone to try I think they would really enjoy it and

2 months agoWe first did this on a cruise ship and wanted to try a full size experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For your first time, you're basically just trying to balance a little bit you can progress through a series of skills if you have enough time and money. If you're looking to cut j cost down a little, it's about 40 percent off if you rebook while you are there and of course the more flights you buy, the bigger the discount. The photo/video package is ok but if you have a friend who isn't flying, they can easily take good pictures while they watch.

in the last weekI have been taking their AFF training and let me say - The Team is FANTASTIC!. I have been working with Cameron, Simon, Spencer, Darren and they are the best at helping you develop the skills for skydiving. Besides, getting to train in the tunnel with other experienced skydivers is a massively underrated bonus. I am grateful to the iFLY team and other skydivers for their encouragement and enthusiasm in helping me grow my confidence and having fun!
