"Unprofessional. No communication. Dated facility. I can't ever seem to get anyone on the phone or to return messages. I dealt with this for quite a while, but gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know everyone is short staffed these days. Unfortunately I decided to book my sons birthday party with them (even though my gut told me not to). I called three times, leaving messages each time, without return before decided to send an email. I did finally receive an email back in regards to the open dates they had. They collected necessary information for the party and we were just down to n"

"My son has been going here for almost 2 years and he loves it. Good equipment & knowledgeable teachers. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Live Stream has never worked for me once."
