Indianapolis Zoo Admissions Building

All the plains animals were fricken inside or whatever... I wanted to see elephants. But the crocodile are hardcore. Christmasy stuff was dope. Food medicore. Dirty displays. Hard to see some animals in aquarium because dirty glass and water. Flamingos were lit too.

I've been to a couple different zoos in the country. This zoo stands out a lot for me because of the unique enclosures. A lot of their enclose have connections paths/bridges to other enclosures. Very cool exhibits included in for the general admission ticket. Such as the butterfly exhibit(includes cacoon incubator ), stingray/shark exhibit (allowed to pet), bird exhibit (you can feed the birds), kangaroo exhibit (allowed to pet !!) , rollercoaster. I mean this zoo is epic!

Most of the animals look happy but a few look like they need more enrichment or a slightly bigger enclosure. I saw the sand cat pacing in that way I've seen some caged animals get to when they're bored.

Its not a big park, its doable without tiring you out! It has train coaster dolphin show, other exhibits at affordable cost, I dont mind paying that since its all going to a good cause! Will be back for sure kids truly enjoyed everything!

Great time at the zoo! Highly recommend for all ages!
